The console was released on September 15, 2001 in Japan, November 18, 2001 in North America, May 3, 2002 in Europe, and May 17, 2002 in Australia. The GameCube sold 21.74 million units worldwide.

Comic-Con: Sideshow Collectable’s The Joker Statue
Sideshow Collectable’s has released images of their first DC statue, and its none other then the iconic crown prince of crime himself, The Joker. No price or specs available at the moment but its safe to assume he’ll cost a pretty penny. You can check out Mr. J for yourself this week at Comic Con.

Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise (Pokemon Shot and Cocktails)
Ingredients:
Squirtle-
1/3 shot spiced rum
1/3 shot coconut rum
1/3 shot blue curacao
Wartortle-
1/2 shot spiced rum
1/2 shot coconut rum
1/2 shot blue curacao
Fill with Mountain Dew Voltage
Blastoise-
1 Squirtle
1 Wartortle
1 shot light rum
Fill with Mountain Dew VoltageDirections: For the Squirtle shot, simply pour all three ingredients into a shot glass. For the Wartortle cocktail, shake the alcoholic ingredients, pour over crushed ice in a lowball glass, then fill with Mountain Dew Voltage. For the Blastoise cocktail, pour one Squirtle and one Wartortle into a highball glass over ice, add the light rum, then fill with the Mountain Dew.
